The Cozy Bean Café was born out of a simple belief: everyone deserves a great cup of coffee and a warm place to start their day. Miguel Rivera opened these doors in Austin, Texas with nothing more than a quality espresso machine, a family sourdough recipe, and a genuine love for his community. That spirit hasn't changed one bit.
We built this café to be a neighborhood anchor — the kind of place where the barista knows your order by Tuesday and where you can settle into a corner with your laptop or catch up with a friend over a cortado. Austin's energy is fast and creative, and we try to match it: fresh ideas on the menu, real ingredients in every dish, and service that actually feels human.
Our values are straightforward: quality without pretension, warmth without fuss. Every bean we brew is sourced thoughtfully, every pastry is made in-house each morning, and every bowl is assembled with care. We don't cut corners, because our regulars would notice — and they deserve better than that.
